Your responsibilities
- You manage all administrative processes at the brussels studio in close coordination with studio management
- You handle all HR matters for local employees, including payroll, taxes, social security, and insurance in compliance with belgian law
- Therefore you advise both permanent and freelance staff on all administrative and hr-related topics
- Managing petty cash, credit cards, bank accounts, financial bookings and monthly closings is part of your role
- You oversee budgeting and procurement, as well as the management of office premises
- You act as the main point of contact for authorities, embassies and service providers
- Organizing training sessions and supervising interns complete your range of responsibilities
Your profile
- You have a degree in business or public administration, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
- You have experience in HR administration and ideally have knowledge of Belgian labor, tax, and social security law
- With fluent German and French, you’re also skilled in using MS Office and SAP efficiently
- Your organizational skills go hand in hand with your structured, goal-oriented approach
- You combine commitment and assertiveness with a confident and reliable demeanor
- Good communication and collaboration skills round off your profile
Additional information
The employment contract will not be concluded with WDR, but directly with the ARD European Studio in Brussels under Belgian law.
